AREA DINNER
On
24 March 2007 a small but select group of 19 members enjoyed an
excellent meal and good company at the Consort Hotel. The evening was
rounded off by John Walker who told some humorous, fictitious (I think)
tales mainly about the Area Commissioner and Nicola in their courting
days
The second Area show was held on 2 June 2007. Once again the organisers triumphed in picking a beautiful day in what is proving to be a bad summer. They also were rewarded with well filled classes in 3 rings that they kept running to time.
The venue is ideal for a driving show with plenty of room for boxes and warming up so everyone who attended enjoyed the day. We are grateful to the organisers, judges, stewards and all other helpers.
